Problem with libxml-perl.0.07

    I have installed the Perl 5.8.2, XML-PARSER-2.34., RedHat 7.2.
  
   I am compiling fontconfig-2.2.0 (needed for compiling DIA 0.92).

    I need the perl scripts of libxml-perl0.07 (to compile fontconfig-2.2.0)
    
  I compile libxml-perl0.07 and compiles ok. I made the "gmake tests" and
give wrong tests.
  When I compile fontconfig there is needed scripts no existing in
libxml-perl.

   Could any one say me if there are a newer version of libxml-perl?
