Missing constants

Hi there,

A couple of times I've come across constants/functions documented in wxWidgets 
that aren't in wxPerl. This time I thought I would do a more systematic check 
for missing constants from defs.h. 

To this end I wrote a quick script (attached) to get constants defined in 
wxwidgets defs.h, determine what version they were introduced, in which 
version (if any) they were deprecated and whether they are implemented in 
wxPerl. I should put a quick disclaimer here -- this is not fail proof and 
makes quite a few questionable assumptions! 

I then trolled the wxwidgets site and source code do determine which constants 
it would be desirable to implement in wxPerl:

wxID_EDIT, wxID_FILE, wxID_FILEDLGG, wxID_ICONIZE_FRAME, wxID_MAXIMIZE_FRAME, 
wxID_MORE, wxID_MOVE_FRAME, wxID_REPLACE, wxID_REPLACE_ALL, wxID_RESET, 
wxID_RESIZE_FRAME, wxID_RESTORE_FRAME, wxID_SETUP, wxID_VIEW_DETAILS, 
wxID_VIEW_LARGEICONS, wxID_VIEW_LIST, wxID_VIEW_SMALLICONS, 
wxID_VIEW_SORTDATE, wxID_VIEW_SORTNAME, wxID_VIEW_SORTSIZE,

Any comments on these? More details on the program output are in the attached 
csv file. The benefit of this approach is that it is easy to check for 
changes with new versions of wxWidgets. In an ideal world a program that does 
this rigorously for constants, classes and functions would be quite cool for 
a project like wxPerl.
