Why are you compiling it? Binaries for win32 available at wxperl sourceforge.
Then, just follow my example from the email I sent out in the first response to
your original post to wxperl mail list.
I am currently using mozilla in Wx::ActiveX myself and it works pretty well.
Need to figure out how to get flash plug-in to work still.
When I have the time, I will be updating the Wx::ActiveX module with changes
derived from Win32::GUI ActiveX module...but I am just buried right now and I
ran into compiling problems myself (ones that I just can't waste the time
chasing atm). They aren't critical, but required for perlapp (and likely
perl2exe) and also to fix some var type issues.
A word of advice on using Wx::ActiveX...until I figure out my compile issues
that is...
If using a method or property call in Wx::ActiveX doesn't seem to be
working...use the Win32::OLE compatible object instead...infact...you might
want to primarily use it that way.

Subject: [wxperl-users] Wx::ActiveX
Okay, so with Wx::Mozilla a no-go on windows, I've been poking at
ActiveX instead for it. Wx::ActiveX is on CPAN but it doesn't compile
against the version of Wx that the current WxPerl uses. I've fixed
that up and I'm currently poking at it. (Slowly -- that whole 'not a
Windows guy' thing)
I tried mailing the current maintainer, but the e-mail address in the
module bounces. Anyone know who's handling this these days? And yes,
I'll make a PPM of the thing once I can get it linking, as it seems
to be getting cranky with the same perl link errors I was having with
Wx::Mozilla, which I'm trying to hunt down now.
