This puts up a warning that --rezflags is deprecated and that one
should remove it from the Makefile and make an application bundle
instead. The wxPerl produced goes to sleep immediately after being
launched. Building against wxWidgets 2.6.1 instead works fine (and
it worked against wxWidgets CVS at the beginning of November. I
updated wxPerl today to check a problem, and then had to update
wxWidgets to get it to compile (with CVS wxPerl is now looking for
the 2.6 compatibility flag). Splat.
I think I know how to build an app bundle -- Robin Dunn has some
tools in the wxPython part of wxWidgets. If I get it working before
anyone else does, I'll put a patch on SF.

Well, the good news is that one need only change the one place in
Makefile.PL which says
'--rezflags' to '--rescomp' and everything works.
The bad news is that this is deprecated by Apple, and it won't work
with universal binaries -- and might not work at all on x86 macs.
Worse, I wasn't able to make a working bundle.
