[0.21] Refcounting problem with Wx::Grid::RegisterDataType

I'm experiencing some crashes when using Wx::Grid::RegisterDataType. 
As near as I can tell, the problem is that wxPerl doesn't increment
the refcount of the objects passed, and so when the calling function
exits, those objects are freed.  Then when wxGrid tries to use them,
it crashes to no great surprise.

The simple workaround is to store the renderer and editor in attrs of
my Wx::PlGridTable class so that they don't get freed until the grid
goes away.
