  Explanation: when you build/install EU::FakeConfig it gives you
a message "Using NMAKE" or "Using DMAKE". This identifies the
*make program Config_m will target thereafter. To alter it either
manually edit Config_m.pm or reinstall EU::FakeConfig while
having the correct make in the path (as you did).

  Yes, these warninga are harmless.

P.S.: I carefully avoid spaces in my paths precisely for the problems
      you mentioned above.
