application which can't be resized

Hi,

This might be a silly question,  but how can I create an app which has a
normal border, but can't be resized ?

I'd like a fixed size window,  with a normal frame,  but I don;t want the
user to be able to resize it.

I'm using wxGlade to build the frame source, but don't mind overwriting the
code generated.

Any ideas ?
