"borderwitdh" problem

Hi,

Somebody could tell me what is "borderwidth"?
I have Perk/Tk804.027 installed and I'm trying hard to run a tool.
When I put the command to run this tool an error is showed, something like:
Can't set borderwidht to 2.

I really appreciate any kind of help.
