Best Way to Package a Program on CPAN: msg#00004

Subject: Best Way to Package a Program on CPAN
In preparation to releasing ZooZv1.0 RC1 [*], I'm
starting to think of the best way to package it for
CPAN. There are really no special requirements, but I
would like to make it as simple as possible to
download and run it. It would be nice to have an
installer (especially on Win32), but that can wait for
a later version.

Should I just create a tarball of the directory
structure? Any other ways that come to mind?

[*] ZooZ is a Perl/Tk gui builder in the works. And,
YES, I finally implemented saving/loading projects and
dumping valid Perl code.
