Probably the combination of the two. I'm experiencing the same, on the
same setup (KDE-3.2.x) as Wolfgang. Non-Tk apps (other toolkits) seem
not to be affected. As Tcl/Tk behaves exactly the same, it's
apparently not just the Perl inteface. So I thought it would be best
to fill a bugzilla entery for Tk, which I just did as
