Class::BuildMethods uses Scalar::Util refaddr, which is not available

ActiveState's build farm targets backwards compatibility to the first
ActiveState 58x release so it has an old version of Scalar::Util.
This is one of the issues that prompted my interest in
Vanilla/Strawberry Perl in the first place.

As a side note, you don't list Scalar::Util as a prerequisite in your
Makefile.PL or META.yml.
