I think that we should start with non-core modules first, because
they're easier to integrate back with the authors. If you change, say,
HTML::Tree, you have to get the patches to Sean Burke, and he'll work
with the team. If it's a core module like CGI.pm, then you have to work
with Lincoln and/or p5p.
