When I feed it into my formula, I get a sunrise of 0510.  I suspect
that's because the formula is cheating and assuming you're in the
center of your time zone and that sunrise and sunset are the same
distance from noon (or 1 pm in daylight time).  If you're not, then
the results will be skewed.
