That was the 2nd thing I thought of - BC being first. I think in Java
locales make it easy to get right, but as far as I know nothing in Perl is
going to help you.
So is there any CPAN opinion? I mean I havent done it yet, but I suspect
this is 2 lines - a use and a return statement, given that you have the lib
installed.
