Patch to PoCo::Server::HTTP wheel shutdown: msg#00012

Subject:	Patch to PoCo::Server::HTTP wheel shutdown

This patch reorganises the shutdown event, so that it clears the
Component's alias and closes all wheels.

It also contains a work around for the wheel destroy bug.
