None of the scheduled deprecations happened between 0.3009 and 0.31.
Search for "deprecat" at http://poe.perl.org/ if you need to know the
deprecations since an earlier version of POE. I wasn't conscientious
about adding change logs since 0.29, but I fixed that yesterday.
You can also search the CHANGES that come with POE's distribution.
They're automatically generated at distribution time from the commit
messages. They only go back a year, but that's more than enough time
for recent releases.
POE's RT queue (at http://rt.cpan.org/) shows upcoming releases and
the changes planned for them, including scheduled deprecations. It's
the closest thing we have to a regularly maintained roadmap at the
moment.
