It sounds like a workaround for POE's documentation problems rather
than a fix.  I think the effort would be better spent fixing the
documentation first.  Revising the documentation meets half the
milestones proposed for a 1.0 release, and people enticed by a book
won't turn and run screaming from "perldoc POE". :)
