Okay, implemented as such.

Of the "non-chaining binaries" in S06:

    => but does cmp <=> .. ^.. ..^ ^..^ 

How many are similarily right associative?  I was listing everything
as non-associative, but it seems that "but" and "does" is left-assoc?
