rand opcodes are deprecated: msg#00439

Subject:	rand opcodes are deprecated

We already have the Random PMC with vtables to create random numbers.There's really no need to have opcodes too. If there aren't seriousarguments for keeping these opcodes, they'll be removed for the release.
