[Boston.pm] Tech Meeting Followup

15 people came to last week's tech meeting.


We started by discussing the plans for the New England Perl Workshop, which
is being planned by our YAPC volunteer committee.  We also finalized "New
England Perl Workshop" as the name and considered various domain names.

The New England Perl Workshop will be held on Saturday, March 10, 2007 at

Jerrad Pierce gave an update on the Perl Advent Calendar, which will soon

Finally, Uri Guttman talked about his solution for dealing with spam, using
Mail::Procmail.  He showed us how the script had evolved, and we offered
suggestions for further improvements.  Following the meeting, Jerrad Pierce
and Dan Boger posted useful followup information to the list.


Our next meeting will be on the *third* Tuesday, January 16.  Let me know
if you'd like to give a presentation!
