i cc'ed jerrad who is leading this project. a wiki was mentioned
somewhere along this thread but it wasn't a requirement afaik. upload
privileges are mostly what will be needed.
and jerrad will be contacting mark fowler and other advent authors about
this. i don't expect anyone will object to consolidating it all on
advent.perl.org. so the main thing is just getting the subdomain, set up
hosting and giving jerrad upload privileges. jerrad can drive it from
there. if he eventually needs more control/access over the site, he can
move it and still use the subdomain.
