you could even list good tutes such as
http://www.greglondon.com/iperl/index.htm
I've heard some good things about it...
;)

Subject: [Boston.pm] bad tutes
on irc (#perl/efnet) i regularly find newbies who for some reason find
some perl tutorial on the net. the problem is that they are invariably
poor to bad. a small fraction are even decent and very few are accurate
and good. i have seen so many of these sites and some are worthy of
spreading around. here is the latest:
http://www.troubleshooters.com/codecorn/littperl/index.htm
i haven't read anything but the regex page and it is hysterical. this
page alone could be the topic of the next tech (or even better, social!)
meeting.
i have an idea for a low key pm project. let's find various bad perl
tutes and list them. maybe we can also provide critiques. we could use a
wiki or a blog for them. would boston.pm.org be a good place as we do
try to encourage better perl.
