As I pointed out in an answer to your RT ticket, this is a bug in 
Digest::SHA. PAR 0.94 will have a work-around for it and Digest::SHA 
5.40 will have a proper fix. Until then, you can use the Subversion 
version of PAR or an older Digest::SHA (5.37 or older).
