Installing PAR 0.85 on Windows from DOS box

Hello,

I'm trying to install PAR with the latest Activestate Perl (v5.8.3) on
WindowsXP, but so far without a success. Here is what I'm getting:

Does it mean that PAR will work only with a Perl 5.6 ?
