Re: PAR on Windows with Cygwin

Oppsss... after fixing my LIB env I was able to do a "make", "make test" 
and "make install". The "make test" did have errors, but the "pp -o 
myapp.exe myapp.pl" did work , however when I run my .exe version it 
runs and outputs the correct results, just like the .pl version, but it 
does not exit. It had to be killed to exit.
