Bug found while re-reading second tutorial

I realized that the example outputs in the second tutorial were not what they 
should 
be, given that I had not used the pp -B option. I also did not explain -B.

PAR 0.85 Packer.pm has a bug in it for Win32 such that -B is always enabled.

Attached is where_is_it.dat. Rename to where_is_it.zip for a corrected revision 
to the 
doc.

Bug fix to Packer.pm to follow...
