Broken URI on tt.org for Win32 PPM



http://www.template-toolkit.org/download.html contains a broken link to Win32 PPMs of TT2:

Does anyone have a different URL which exists and isn't Randy Kobes or ActiveState's (which are making PPM3 produce unexpected errors).
