template/include search path order

Hi all,

I was looking in the documentation for the order in which TT will
search the list of paths provided when you create a template object.

I assume it looks in the order of the list provided but the
documentation doesn't specify that and I would like to be sure it
doesn't get flattened or re-ordered at some point.

of course I may be experiencing code blindness and overlooked where it
describes the behaviour so any response of "see section 'foo' you
muppet" would be appreciated.
