RE: Questions about DBI plugin

I'd like to nominate the MySQL/Postgres question for inclusion in
the vi/emacs & mac/pc Hall of Let's Not Talk About It. 

There are multiple ways to skin a cat, let's not enumerate them.
(sez the guy still using TDS and DBI::Sybase to talk to MS SQL. ;)

Also, does anyone have a better suggestion as to how the poor,
original poster can avoid cashed DBI handles blowing up in his
face? I'm betting that one comes up again.
