Convert::Lucene

Greets,

I've written an XS module which implements packle() and unpackle().   
It can handle VInts, Lucene strings, and big-endian twos-complement  
signed (and unsigned) integers.
Caveats: No 64-bit yet and the strings, while internally consistent,  
won't meet spec for multi-byte characters at present.
