Re: Reviving the Petal Cookbook

OK, I've reviewed and revised the Cookbook and added a test file with
template (which is mainly a tool for doing proof of concept testing
since it only contains 2 tests at present).

I've attached the three files to this email (I would have generated a
diff on Cookbook.pod but it's been so heavily modified I figured why
bother). Here are the locations:

  t/data/cookbook.html
