True, but it give the warning each time that you run it, even if you later
install YAML. I have to agree with Gary that this is suboptimal and should
probably be replaced by something that attempts to load YAML every time, rather
than preserving the configuration file as static from the point when M::B was
first installed.
Was there some reason you chose to do it this way?
