[Module::Build] Module::Build V 0.25 and WinXP

Using:

perl Makefile.PL
nmake
nmake test
nmake install

all went well until the last line, which produced:

C:\perl-modules\Module-Build-0.25>nmake install

Microsoft (R) Program Maintenance Utility   Version 6.00.8168.0
Copyright (C) Microsoft Corp 1988-1998. All rights reserved.

'install' is up-to-date

I was able to use:

perl Build.PL
etc to install.
