[Module::Build] New failure on Win32: msg#00116

Hi all,

I'd like to release a new M::B soon, to get a couple bug fixes out, butapparently there's a new bug on Win32. During the t/install.t testwhen we clean up after ourselves, we try to remove t/install_test/ ,but permission is denied because the filet/install_test/Perl/site/lib/Sample/BuildConfig.pm is read-only. Forsome reason File::Path can't successfully force-delete it.


Anyone else seeing this behavior, and know how to fix it?
