First release of mbtools

I've written some tools that should hopefully make working with mail
folders as easy as working with files.  Of course, they use Mail::Box
heavily.  Ferinstance,

  mbmkdir --type=Maildir new
  mbls old.mbox                 <-- autodetects folder type
  mbcp -r old.mbox new
  mbrm new:4                    <-- deletes the 4th message in "new"

... and so on.
