Mail::Box has been written platform independently, but gives some
problems on Windows still:
1) some of the tests fail because the folder contains CR-LF in stead
of LF line separators: Content-Length lines are different than
expected. No real problem, just installation warnings.
2) Windows does not allow some file handle actions, for instance
a rename of an open file. I have asked for help in this area a
few times, but even the Windows programmers hesitate to dive
into that code. Related to Mail::Box::write()
MacOSX will work, as it is a UNIX. Other platforms? No idea. I use
File::Spec everywhere, but they may have limited file features as well.
