LWP download problem , Please Help!

Hi,

I am down loading a csv file which has been created dinamically in a third 
party server.

The server is https (ssl) loging protected, While i am down loading the fine 
using simple LWP some junk characters are coming into the which is making the 
content partly unsuable.

But the juck character is not being printed in the system console as well as in 
the file when down loaded using a browser.

If any one of you can explain me with a sample code it will be of real help.
