'eval' runs at runtime, not at compile time, that's why perlapp (or pp) won't 
pick them
up. The way to work around the problem: Just include 'use Foo::Bar' manually in
your script and perlapp will detect it and include it.

I think it should be fixed in Log::Log4perl::Util::module_available if it's 
broken.

Is this desirable in the general case?

As Kevin noted, we might need to check %INC first, I'll look into it.
