Re: FormBuilder::Mail?

Yes, I think ::Mail would be a nice place for them, though I'm not sure 
the best way to compartmentalize them to make them "pluggable". If 
you've got suggestions I'm open.
I'll also check out that messages issue; not sure why that's happening.
