ANNOUNCE: Rose::DB::Object 0.74 released

This release (finally) adds support for TIME columns.  I wrote the
Time::Clock module (also on CPAN) to do this.  The other significant
new feature is the support for INSERTing only the columns that have
explicit or default values via the changes_only parameter.  The rest
are bug fixes.

A new version of Rose::DB is required (as is Time::Clock, of course).
All files uploaded to CPAN and SF.net.
