Doc suggestions for Rose::DB::Object::Tutorial

1)
Under the heading 'Multiple objects', you refer to perl_manager_class and
make_manager_class, but it's not clear these are actually in the
Rose::DB::Object::Metadata class, and in that case it'd be good to have comment
at to why they can be called in the context being discussed

2)
A bit further down you have 'If you decide not to heed my advice and create...'
which is clearer when rephrased as
'If you decide not to heed my advice, but rather wish to create...'
