Preview of Rose::DB::Object 0.73

If any brave souls want to check out (and test) the upcoming 0.73
release of Rose::DB::Object (along with its required new version of
Rose::DB) I'd appreciate it.

SourceForge's SVN server seems to be down now, so this code isn't
checked-in yet.  I've attached a tarball instead.  Remember that
you'll have to install the new Rose::DB first (or add its lib dir to
your @INC) in order for anything to work.  Some tasks:

* Check out the new setup() method.  Try it in your code, look at the
new examples in the docs and tutorial, and test the generated perl
code (which now uses setup() as well).

* Oracle users, please run "make test" on Rose::DB and see if
Rose::DB::Object limps along any better with the changes I just added
(provided by Todd Lorenz)

* Run "make test" on both modules.

I'm still going to give the tutorial and the rest of the docs another
pass to catch errors and fix any now-bogus information, but I won't
complain if someone else looks for problems too :)
