Adding new method types

Here's the second.

MethodMaker v1 had a fairly simple way to add new method types, you just 
subclassed and wrote a method to handle that type.  v2 doesn't appear to 
be anywhere so straight forward.  So my question is, how do I add new 
method types to v2?
