Hi Peter,

Thanks very much for this.  I have uploaded v 2.03 to sourceforge & CPAN,
which contains this patch (or something very, very, close to it).  Thank you.
It also contains XS code to set the subname that it creates, to make profiling
& debugging possible.  I'm quite excited by that!
