OT: looking for clever Flash designer(s)

I hope the developers on this list won't mind my asking them to refer 
their clever Flash designer acquaintances (who aren't above doing 
marketing communication work for IT companies) to me :-) The cleverness 
we're looking for is in illustration/animation; only very basic 
ActionScript knowhow is required.
