Errors running perl scripts from Afrus

I started to use Afrus on Mac OS X and get the following errors or 
warnings below:
Subroutine bits redefined at /System/Library/Perl/5.8.1/Strict.pm line
11.
Subroutine import redefined at /System/Library/Perl/5.8.1/Strict.pm line
27.
Subroutine unimport redefined at /System/Library/Perl/5.8.1/Strict.pm
line 32.


Is there anyway to clear these up or are they no more than just warnings?
