Help to install modules in the right place: msg#00073

Subject: Help to install modules in the right place
I would like to install modules in /Library/Perl ... but they are always installed in /System/Library/Perl (using shell install, cpan install or webmin install) 

I would like to make my /System as clean as it was the first day.
Sure, that question has been already answered here but ... I have found the answer in the mailing-list archive. 

(Clean install of OS X 10.3, latest dev tools)
