[code-review] Lingua::Phonology

Hello all:

I'm working on the next release of my CPAN module, Lingua::Phonology. The
previous releases have been prone to bugs and misdocumentations, and I'm
hoping to remove these problems by submitting my code here.

This is a rather large module, though, so I'm going to post the various
parts individually. This first post only contains the outermost, wrapper
module and class, included in the attatched file.
