[cpan #667] Make Maker with LARGE module list (fwd)

Those who have experienced the problems before can you retest?  You'll
need to grab the ExtUtils::MakeMaker from makemaker.org or CPAN.

You will also need to comment a section in the Makefile.PL specifically
the MY::manifypods function at the very bottom of the code.

Let us know if it indeed solves things.

Internal rejiggering complete!  bioperl should now build on IRIX just fine
no matter how big it gets.  Try the snapshot on makemaker.org, please, or
the alpha on CPAN.
