Well the deflate algorithm implemented by the unzip module is widely used in
a lot of data formats and have become a standard. I have no knowledge about
CDB, but it doesn't sound so "widely used" that it becomes a de factor
standard (qmail use it, what else ?). I don't say it's not convenient or
useful, I just say that we only put in ExtLib widely usable modules.
